Hi, I’m Flissy. I am a yoga and movement educator, for-fun powerlifter, dancer, and maker of things. I believe that everyone is entitled to a fulfilling movement practice and that we all have the potential to be creative and grow. I like to knit, draw, make zines, do crafts, hang out in nature, and take care of animals.
