Using a chair for a yoga prop is ideal for practitioners who have mobility or balance challenges and is also a convenient option for a yoga break if you're working at a desk! This video includes tips to get you started with a chair yoga practice! Get a sturdy chair and a be prepared to get creative with using a chair as a yoga prop. We’ll do a few standing poses for balance and backhanding, then sit down for some forward bends.
