Guided Yoga Practice for Low Back & Hips

This 30 minute class will focus on using the breath to create simple movements that will help release tension around the low back and hips. This practice is ideal for the end of the day if you've been sitting a bunch, or at the end of a dance practice to stretch your hip flexors and low back to compensate for belly dance posture. Have a blanket or towel handy in case you'd like some cushioning under your knees.
