Yoga for Barre Babes

Try these stretches for hip flexors, quads, low back, and glutes, and shoulders to compensate for the burn in barre and improve flexibility!

There’s nothing wrong with the stretches in barre class, they are just not held long enough for lasting flexibility. I know barre babes like to be efficient about exercise, so this fifteen minute practice will help alleviate tension and reduce soreness from barre class so you can live to tuck another day. I recommend doing this practice at the end of the day, as the longer held stretches that are low to the ground will also help you relax so you can get a good night’s rest.
