Yoga for You: Custom Designed Yoga Practice

Developing your own yoga practice to do at home is a perfect if:

  • you go to yoga, and you’d like to practice at home but don’t know where to start
  • you don’t go to yoga class because you feel like you don’t have enough time for class
  • you want an efficient tool to feel better day-to-day
  • you want to work at your own pace
  • Although I offer 1:1 private lessons, this is a one time 1:1 consultation from which I will design a custom practice for you to do on your own.

My own yoga practice over the past fifteen or more years has helped me weather acute injury, chronic illness, and more. I’ve taught yoga for over eight years, and my experience includes many approaches to yoga as well as general fitness and anatomical knowledge. I have a passion for adapting yoga to suit individual needs and I’m confident we can create a satisfying, beneficial practice for you that fits your lifestyle.

How it works: 

  • A one-hour Skype (or in-person) consultation.

This consultation will include: 

  • A discussion about what you'd like to get from your personal yoga practice
  • An understanding of physical limitations
  • Working together to identify poses and sequences that you'd like to incorporate into your practice.

I will follow up with plans for a 20-30 minute yoga practice that you will be excited to do on your own. This will include: 

  • A PDF via email of the sequence we created together.
  • One follow up email, two weeks after our consultation. I will make additional suggestions/modifications if necessary and cheer you on in your home practice.

I will help you create a yoga practice to use as a warm-up, finishing practice, or both, to accompany your dance practice.
